Jaya Manske is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Mindfulness and Well-Being Coach. She is the owner and founder of Coaching Compassion, where she coaches women to live the life of their dreams by starting with their relationship with themselves. Through partnering with her clients, she helps them to see themselves as resourceful, capable and whole, and tap into their innate creativity. Her individualized approach to coaching draws from the fields of positive psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, somatics, mindfulness, development and attachment theories, Nonviolent Communication (also known as compassionate communication) and more. Her warm presence has supported clients to have significant breakthroughs, to transform from the inside out, and move forward powerfully.
Jaya has always had a passion and curiosity for understanding why we, as humans, do what we do. This has led her to being fascinated with developmental and adult attachment theories, interpersonal neurobiology and behavioral sciences. She studied at Naropa University and graduated with a degree in holistic and contemplative education, with concentrations in psychology and visual art. She has dedicated her career to communicating to her students and clients that they matter, and increasing peace in the world with compassion and empathy, one person at a time.
